Dolphins hire Austin Clark Illinois DL coach

Was considered for a few jobs for a lot of bigger college positions

Also for an idea for who he is as a player he was known for his motor and using his hands and technique to win on the pass rush. And he has built a reputation for doing the same in college.

He is essentially a pass rush coach
 
Very good hire! I remember him playing a bit back and he was pretty good. Now he is a highly sought out coach because he flat out teaches how to pass rush from the OLB position and he will get players to cover and rush with consistency. Flores is finding diamonds boys pure diamonds. He knows so many people in football and has so many connections, that is a smart coach fellas. This staff is gonna be very good. Our players are going to love being taught by them. It's gonna be fun!
 
If they want a Dline coach, go get the best in the business in Larry Johnson.

He seems like he loves coaching kids and is a college lifer but maybe he’s willing to give up the recruiting life and cold weather for Florida sun.
 
Mmmhhh... Very interesting. What round is Betiku projected to go? I had NEVER heard of him.
