What the article totally assumes is that the Browns would be moving up from their 4th overall pick. To me i think that makes no sense.
If you are going to take the statement "the dolphins and browns have expressed interest in moving up"... im thinking two situtations and neither involve the top 5.
Jacksonville has openly stated they want to move down from pick 7, one pick ahead of the Dolphins.. so any team that wants Tannehill for sure will have to move to 7. To prevent this, the fins would move up one slot with jax.
Part two is that Cleveland owns the 22nd pick... and after taking whoever they want at 4.. if they want Tannehill where he is being projected.... anywhere from 7 on through the middle of the 1st round... they would have to trade up from 22.
Seems to make more sense then jumping to conclusions about trading up into the top 5...
