Dolphins Interested in Veteran QB Matt Hasselbeck

If we are gonna sign an older veteran QB, I'd prefer Marc Bulger. TJ Housh was on Sirius NFL radio and said he was excellent in practice as Flacco's backup all year. Thinks he deserves another shot somewhere.

I prefer Bulger over pretty much every option out there as well. He's not cheap, though but I don't imagine Hasselbeck to be either

I'm actually really cool with this idea. Assuming all of or OL recovers from sickness/injuries, we have a much more solid line than anything he ever had in Seattle.

Please God let this be true barring some ridiculous pricetag on him. Hasselbeck is levels above any QB weve had here since Marino. We instantly would make the playoffs with him, guarantee it.

Uhhh what?

Hasselbeck hasn't been good since 07, hes not even a better option than Henne at this point..

Draft Mallett, sign Hasselbeck to play for a year or two. Let Henne and Mallett battle it out for the backup.

Winner.

we go with a veteran QB to save this FO *** I quit as a fan.

I would prefer Bulger also. And, if we were to trade for a qb, I would rather it be Palmer, even though he would have a higher price.

I Agree, why would they entertain that move? Unless they're planning on giving Henne the boot. I don't know why you would trade for oft injured QBs, they will have to learn the system just lke Henne would and you're going to pay them big dollars? If this team needs a future QB then draft one.

Pick him only if you planning on sitting him for a year or two. he's not an accomplished passer yet
