So are you telling me you’d rather have Gaskin and Ahmed over Moss and Singletary?
 
The points Brieda made about McDaniel are EXACTLY why I’m so high on him and have zero worry about him getting players respect.

One thing that Philbin, Gase, and Flores had in common was they they had to be the alpha. They came into the locker room and immediately started pissing contests with our players.

These guys are grown ass men and millionaires to boot. They want to be respected and put in a position to succeed more than they want to be challenged. McDaniel will have instant respect in the locker room and these guys will bust their asses to succeed for him. If Miami’s lucky enough to land him, just watch and see.

I don't think you understand how difficult it's going to be to turn this offense around. Installing the outside zone and collecting the personnel on the line to run it may take longer than a 3-year contract. At this point, however, anything is better than the offense we had. Interested to see whether the defensive staff stays intact, regardless as to whether it's Moore or McDaniel.
