This guy lied to Philbin about the OL players. That alone is grounds for termination. I'm very surprised he is still with the team. I guess Philbin thinks he has some redeeming qualities.

Turner should probably be fired just on the performance of the O-line last season. Irrespective of his poor judgement of :
(a) Incognito's unsuitability to be a team leader and mentor to J-Mart.
(b) The drug culture on the O-line that he did not detect or turned a blind eye.
(c) The racist and sexist slurring that was the norm on the team and clearly not addressed by the coach.
(d) The patent lying to Ted Wells in the investigation - the judas "anti-snitching" policy that he taught
(e) The failure to inform his Head Coach about the serious dysfunction of personalities (or his ignorance that there was a problem).
(f) The failure to address the sexually explicit act committed on Andrew McDonald. Even if just a joke, it was inappropriate of Jerry to simulate sexual acts on McDonald.
(g) The O-line fine book (the smoking gun) - did Turner encourage these practices or was he just ignorant?
