I'm curious as to what you think should be said when a coaching staff isn't producing?
If a player can't get the job done, you replace him with someone that can.
If the coaches or front office can't get the job done, you replace them with someone that can.
We wouldn't have to keep repeating ourselves if competent personnel were at the helm of this organization.
I'm not sure what you mean by "the coaches aren't producing."??
There is still a lack of talent on this team. It starts with the O-line, where 4 of 5 of them are terrible, and would not start on any other team in the league.
We have a QB who has potential but has been just average so far.
Below average RBs. We basically have 2 backups.
2 good but not great WRs, then a huge drop off.
A TE who made a few really nice plays this year but is still young and disappears sometimes.
Linebackers who can't cover, and miss tackles.
A secondary with 1 talented guy... One.
A talented D-line who couldn't generate one single sack in the last two games. Not one.
How is that the coaches fault?
The GM can certainly be blamed for the lack of talent on the field, but what could Philbin have done differently? I'm not advocating we keep him, but let's put the blame where it needs to be, rather than suggest we clean house for no real reason other than were all pissed off.
