Dolphins News on ESPN' NFL LIVE NOW !!!!

Both Clayton and Salisbury said M. Wright was a steal in the 5th.....

No risk whatsoever, and has the potential to be a great player in a year or two. Watching the highlights of Wright in action, I can't see why he shouldn't contribute right away. I mean the guy was collapsing everything inside....

They also said there is no better coach than Saban to give Wright the discipline he needs...

They talked about Ricky and Ronnie together, and Salisbury said Saban knows more than we do, and he's smarter than those of us who may not have wanted to allowed Ricky back on the team. It's about improving this football team he said...

PHINZ RULE!!!

:woot:

ESPN didn't know that the other segment was running at the same time. (or care)
I thought you guys were mad that the Fins weren't getting as much coverage as you thought a 4-12 team should get?

Sean Salisbury said something nice about us...out of all the NFL teams that got new coaches...asked Will Nick Saban turn around the Dolphins in 2005...he said yes and that we have more veteran leadership in JT...Sean didnt think 49ers or Browns could turnaround their first year with their new coaches

I'm starting to get excited for football. It's nice to hear something positive about our team considering all the crap we went through last year.

Im more excited about where Saban is taking us into the future rather than the immediate impact on this coming year. I do think we have a chance to contend this year, especially with all of the Questions the Pats have. I think this year will depend more on our QB situation rather than Nick Saban. He has really done all he can as a coach. Overall I cant think of 1 coach who has had a better offseason.

He has fixed our cap issues, had a great draft, and signed tons of veteren talent to fill gaps on both sides of the ball. My favorates being Mcdougle and Traylor but guys like Spragan,Holliday,Carter, and Jones should be able to add alot of help to our overall defensive depth.

The ESPN people liked the pick? Now I am worried. :googly:

Well, you know Sailsbury is going to like it.

We could have drafted Manuel Wright's booger that he picked this morning...As long as it was from USC.
