Dolphins plan to release Richie Incognito after NFL review

Philbin and Turner knew the 'bullying' was going on and let it pass. Why? Probably cuz it's standard locker-room stuff that happens with 32-32 teams in the league. One mental-midget candyass whines and our whole team is in turmoil now.
It's obvious that Martin's problem is between the ears and between the legs. Yes, it's true, your honor; this man has no dick.

I want Richie able to finish our season. I've seen Garner start games and it's not pretty. There's a book on him and he gets destroyed when he starts.
 
Why do these forums ban people for being related to a player about to be cut from your team? That doesn't seem like a very fair policy. The ENTIRE Incognito family was just banned mere minutes ago.

I know because they suddenly started running around outside screaming about it. They woke my wife up, my cat is hiding under the bed and will probably never come out again, and I'm afraid they're going to burn the whole damn neighborhood to the ground!

bullying is one thing, racial slurs is another. Im sure Richie will get cut, and he will go to some team like the Lions and line up against Suh in practice, and like most ex-Dolphins, he ends up making the pro bowl. Didn't Richie make the pro bowl last year?

It might be standard on other teams. Maybe so. Can you imagine classy acts like Manning doing it, or Brandy. Or Dan Marino.
Anyway, our team was in turmoil before this. The Oline is terrible and it is killing our season. The amount of sacks is crazy each game.
So it is not like everything was fine. This is very likely part of the problem. Didn't seem to take McKinnie a whole season to "gel". Get some guys that want to work.
I bet Martin wanted to work at one time.

The team analyzed the line and thought we were good! Lets get some new analyzers too.

Dude seriously, Richie'sGrandpa was the only person with personality and he was banned as well? Sad Day for Phin Nation Bro

One NFL personnel man told USA Today's Tom Pelissero that Richie Incognito's career is likely over.
Incognito bullied Dolphins OT Jonathan Martin to the point that he essentially had a mental meltdown and left the team. "Lol," the personnel man replied when asked by Pelissero whether Incognito will be claimed off waivers. "I think he can file his retirement papers." Incognito graded out as a top-13 guard in Pro Football Focus' ratings, so his loss is a concern on the field.
 
Incognito has always been a head case. It sounds like going back to his childhood. A leopard never changes its spots. Should've known eventually Richie would do something really ignorant and he didn't fail to disappoint. That's why you DO NOT have players like him on the roster ....EVER!!!

Martin did 20 reps of 225 at the combine. I don't think he ever wanted to do anything past
what came easy to him.
