I think personnel is a bigger issue then some of us want to admit. We basically have:

1 offensive lineman worth a crap.
No true blocking an receiving TE, Clay should be used as a mismatch piece not the main TE.
No #1 running back.
The Best WR is a guy many here think shouldn't even be a #2 (I don't agree but it's true).
2nd year inexperienced QB.

What coordinator would make that work?

I doubt those differences in the table are significant statistically, and this offense isn't going to run as it's intended until it has a quarterback who can run it effectively, whether that's an improved Ryan Tannehill or something else.
