Don't believe me that the running game woes were not Marino's fault? Find me a single Dolphins RB from 1893 until 1999 that had any success with another team either before or after being a Dolphin. I did the research one time. None of them were any good anywhere they played.

i can go back that far in time, 1893 is way back.

lol, just messing, was in the mood to play internet police bc im bored now,lol.
 
Just out of boredom and I find this an interesting thread, I went back and tallied the qb's and the number of years they led the dolphins to playoffs.

2. Griese- 6
3. Woodley-2
4. Fiedler- 2
5. Morrall-1
6. Pennington-1

Other notes on qb's with winning seasons (9-7 +) but didn't make playoffs.
Fiedler had 2
Gus frerotte had 1
Scott mitchell had 1 (marino's achilles year, what a hodgepodge of qb's that year)
Marino had 1
Griese had 2
