Dolphins, Ravens to play at 1:00PM and Chargers to play at 4:25PM

It's their rivals and at home I doubt they will stink it up. I still think the Chargers play hard.

At least as much as the Chiefs would care about ending the regular season on a win with an immovable seed.
 
I don't get what the concern is (still needing a win ourselves is the obvious concern). But the bengals/ravens game is at 1. The bengals get the 2 seed and a bye if they win plus patriots lose. Since the Pats don't play until 4, they would play to beat the ravens, keep them out and possibly get a better seeding. Plus the colts play the jags at 1.

The bengals have the tiebreak head to head over the colts but the colts have the jags at home and both are 10-5. The bengals would drop to the 4 seed and play the chiefs instead of whoever is the 6th seed IF they lose and colts win. They're gonna play to win, which if Dolphins win and Ravens lose means we're in. If we and Ravens win then we can worry about the chargers. If it doesn't work out the dolphins can only blame themselves. They had 2 games to play and completely controlled their own destiny.
 
Hopefully we beat the Jets and Cincy beats the Ravens and it won't matter what the Chargers do. We can only control our own business. The Ravens looked horrible yesterday and the Bengals looked really good, but we shall see how things play out.
 
Guys, if we don't make the playoffs it'd have nothing to do with the TV schedule. We've had 15 games so far. We couldn't beat the bucs and we lost to the bills at home with 2 weeks to get ready for them. We have nobody or nothing to blame but ourselfs!!

We'll beat the Jets and get in. It's ALMOST a gimme. Unfortunately we could get embarrassed again by whoever we play.
 
At first I was thinking it would be great to not have to pay attention to 3 games at once, then I realized that it will be maddening if both us and Baltimore win and I have to root hard for SD, which is going to be extended heart stress for another 3.5 hours. But only having two to pay attention to could mean we seal the playoff spot early if we win and Baltimore loses.

One thing to really keep in mind is that I don't think SD playing second will necessarily lessen their chances of winning - they will be amped up to play hard regardless and I think it is vastly more likely that KC rests players and gives them a half-hearted effort if they know SD has been eliminated. I doubt they will care too much about Baltimore or Miami in relation to not wanting their division opponent to get into the playoffs (one of the only teams to beat them this year) through a victory over them, so they would certainly try just a bit harder if beating SD meant keeping them out of the playoffs. This is a win.
 
Well if miami wins and balt loses we don't need to give a **** about 4:25 game so I say let's go BANGLES!!! let's go red ranger, Opee or whatever they call him.
 
The Jills loss combined with the losses to 0-8 Tampa and uh, the Jills again, makes it hard to desire playoffs. 62-7 anyone?
 
That sucks. Hopefully McKoy is as good as Hayden Fox thinks he is and doesn't let the early games affect how his team plays.
