Dolphins Secret Superstar in 2014?

A lot of good choices but I'm going with...

Will Davis

He has swag. He has ball skills. From the little I saw he has some natural ability but was raw. He has Grimes, Finnegan and most importantly Coyle to learn from. I think our entire secondary is going to be solid, even Taylor who will have a hard time seeing action barring injury.[/QUOTE

Will Davis is terrible

If we're going off the criteria of little to no impact last year, that would eliminate the likes of Tannehill...I'd go with Dion Jordan. I think he comes in and starts across from Wake and gets 10+ sacks while Vernon loses a big chunk of playing time on passing downs.

I'm going with Lamar Miller. I noticed he ran with power and seemed to hit the holes better towards the end of the season. With the addition of Moreno as competition, along with a new offense, I think Miller is the secret superstar. Lets hope we indeed do have a secret superstar for 2014, that would be nice..

Im going with James. If he can man and hold down that spot then everyone on the offense improves.

draft picks were allowed in this?

i thought i was veterans. if draft picks are allowed than i would go with JARVIS LANDRY. o-linemen just dont get that much attention, especially rookies even if they play real well.

now, an o-linemen drafted in the top 3 picks, an lt, thats a bit different. but a billy turner or ja'wuan james just wont get "superstar" status from anyone.

Miller is the secret superstar

nope. miller cant block, hes a HUGE liability there and knowshon is a better blocker, pass catcher AND runner.

miller, unless something happens to moreno is going to se FAR less playing time. as he should.

Ok everybody get your laughing pants on. New offensive coordinator, new offense and new usage... my pick is Michael Egnew. The new offense is more similar to how Egnew was used at Missouri. And while he has his work cut out for him just to make the team, I think people will see a different Egnew in 2014.

lot us all pray it is ryan tannehill

IMO Tannehill wasnt the problem , when you dont have time to throw the ball then you cant be to blame , im going to say the OL as a whole ,i think they will step up and play good enough to get Miami into the playoffs , with out a solid OL then we are no better than we were last year.....

Matthews was a nice player, we all liked him, but what qualifies him as a secret superstar? I think PFF has veered a little off from it's original mission, which is just metrics.

We have no superstar on this team, we just need the team to work together within the scheme. If we can get a lot more out of Wallace, used him better, and if Lazor can throw in some plays to create more space for our running backs so that Miller can use his speed and Moreno can use his hands and experience, then we'll score more points.
