Omar talked about this guy at one of the OTAs, or it may have been at rookie camp. Said he was making plays all over the place. Well Omar, Emmanuel Ogbuehi was waived yesterday.

PFT article:

Desperate for leadership, Dolphins sign Gerald Ford
If he can help America get over the division and distrust of Watergate, helping the Dolphins move past the Richie Incognito-Jonathan Martin saga should be a piece of cake.

Ford helped Michigan to national titles in 1932 and 1933, and later went on to become President of the United States. He died in 2006 at the age of 93.

PBP:
The Dolphins have added yet another wide receiver to the mix, and two things immediately stand out with Gerald Ford: He has the name of a former U.S. president (there is no relation) and he dominated when on the field at Valdosta State.
The Dolphins signed the undrafted rookie receiver on Wednesday, releasing tight end Emmanuel Ogbuehi.

Ford is just a training camp body at this point, but he has shown flashes of potential.

Seems like they're trying to add some size to the receiving corp. Right now it would seem we have a lot of smurfs on the field. Hartline is our tallest WR at 6'2" even though he plays like he's 5'11".

Well, Omar has an agenda. His descriptions of players is always biased in favor or against certain players.

For instance, during recent OTA'S apparently Tannehill threaded a pass in between two defenders and hit Wallace precisely in the gut ... and Omar criticized the throw saying that if it were a real game he would have broken the receiver's ribs. Because Omar doesn't like Tannehill and wants to generate hits fo his website.

Omar Kelly is the worst media person the Dolphins have ever had, IMHO.

Sent from my phone, so please forgive any typos.
