Dolphin's talent on Offense for OC

We need a running game and it starts with the oline.

1. Re-sign Bryant Mckinnie (left tackles are hard to find)

2. Get a RG thru draft and or free agency that can pull and get to the 2nd level ( we need to be able to run screen plays)

3. Get a power back (Maybe L. Blount or Mike Tolbert thru free agency)

4. Cut Wheeler Try Dion Jordan as an OLB (think Jayson Taylor the year he won Defensive MVP with Nick Saban)

5. Find a way to keep Richi Incognito( he brings a nastyness we need.....lots of players want him back

6. Pipe dream but Sign .....Jarius Bryd

calling matthews hands the best on the team is really ironic, since he was the guy that dropped that pass on 3rd down that hit him right in the hands, if he turns around there is only green in front of him with a 7-0 lead in a deciding win and you're in situation in week 17 at home against the jets, that drop changed everything

Matthews has very good hands. Let's not try and pretend even the great ones haven't dropped critical balls. Did you watch Megatron by chance against Baltimore this season? Give me a freaking break!

Needs on offense:

4 linemen...2 rookies and 2 FA's
Veteran RB that can pick up a blitz and help Miller improve
1 big catch radius guy...preferable that he is a TE

On defense...
Re-sign one of the DT's...Soliai is my pick
Dump Wheeler as June 1st designee...Replace him with Jenkins or draftee/FA
Tage or re-sign Grimes
Re-sign Clemens
Re-sign Carroll

Not a sexy offseason, but one of "meat and potato" needs.

I don't know why anyone mentions TE as any kind of need. I wouldn't resign Keller unless the money was just right.

Like I have been saying all year our WR's are essentially the same guy. None have an above average ability to go up and get the ball and until we have that kind of guy we will struggle in a short field and trying to get those "must catch" balls to extend drives.

Our line needs obvious work but I'm bummed about that because history shows Oline picks outside the top ten are so hit and miss. I prefer doing that through free agency and drafting a RB.

need BIG/fast #1 WR, a BIG/fast TE, a BIG/fast breakaway RB (make that 2), several BIG/fast OL... sensing a theme here?

our offense can be very very good, get the oline straightened out and add a RB.

I believe we need a world-class tight end, not sure if there is one in this draft, but we could kill two birds with one stone if the rookie could block as well as catch. Maybe this will be the year one falls to us.

I can't disagree with any of this at all. I would replace "big catch radius guy" with "seam threat TE," I guess.

I just find it strange that folks think we shouldn't invest in a TE because of Clay. I think we should invest in a TE precisely because of Charles Clay. Having a big guy to work the middle will only make Clay even better.
