I'm really intrigued by Bill Lazor. I wouldn't see Lazor installing the Kelly/Eagles offense for the Dolphins because I don't believe that's what Philbin wants, but you have to be intrigued by a coach that got so much out of Foles. I'm most impressed by the Eagles running game concepts. If Lazor can bring some of that to our team, I'm all for it.

The other positives with Kyle Shanahan are that he doesn't have to work for his Dad (a well known prick) and doesn't have to coach (and accommodate) the biggest diva in the game - RG me me me. Make no mistake, he has been through pure hell at the Redskins and may be delighted to start fresh with a responsible (non diva) QB.

better to hire an OC that was a coach who was fired, like Kubiak. These assistants get hired away very quickly and you need stability

I believe anyone hey hire will do a better job than Sherman did. It'd be nice to see an offense like the eagles but we don't have their kind of speed, specially at RB but all 3 of them would be an upgrade imo.
