FA won't help us win the division anyway... It didn't last year, and it won't this year. It all depends on the development of 2nd year players and the rookies.

Unfortunately, I think that we are outmatched by the other teams when it comes to coaching. It all comes down to Tannehill's development IMO.

I don't normally agree with skape, but he has a point about the coaching aspect.
We were 2-4 in the division and should have been 4-2. The addition of Lazar and Benton are the biggest additions in the off season. Philbin needs to take command of this team. I felt like he was Shermin's lackey at times last year.
I think Philbin will be better, and the 2 coaching additions are light years ahead.
In today's NFL parity, coaching takes average talent and make it a winner.
