Dolphins vs Chiefs

Don't know how much truth there is to this.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS VS. MIAMI DOLPHINS

They are two of the highest-flying offenses (at times, anyway), and the total sits at a “mere” 51 rather than the 54 we’d expect between these sorts of teams. What gives?

Possibly, the weather. Frankfurt Stadium has a retractable roof; therefore, it’s highly likely it will be closed if there is precipitation in the forecast to preserve the fan experience.

However, if somehow it’s open, the forecast calls for medium-strength winds with consistent rains. The Chiefs have had trouble catching the ball at times, and Tua Tagovailoa has subpar arm strength by NFL QB standards. Defenses in this game should have a fighting chance if playing in any type of conditions.

Also of note here, even if the roof is closed, is the field surface. The NFL is installing a hybrid field. That comes a year after players complained about the natural grass in Munich. The goal here is obviously improved traction, but with a brand new field installed last week, this is something bettors should be watching for early in the game as well.

NFL Weather: 54 F, 80% chance of precipitation, winds 10 to 20 mph

I think we have a great chance. I really wish we had armstead and Achane. I know we might get armstead back. I think on those runs Achane would run all over the chiefs backers.

In a way, it's good they don't see Achane just yet, have a feeling both these teams will see each other again, so an added Achane wrinkle will greatly help Miami in the more important game.

Neutralize Kelce. Mahomes is likely still sick with the flu. Overseas game for both. I like our chances.

I think we can outscore them, but I worry about their DL vs our OL. I think that will be the key to the game.

If we can have a balanced attack with the run game churning and our OL playing well, plus our DL playing like they did against the Eagles....we win.

My fear is the interior of the Line, if they can make Tua uncomfortable hanging in the box to quickly deliver the ball, it will take a great deal of our offense away.

Williams critically needs to get back this game if he us able. As far as Hunt, I cross my Fingers 🤞 he is able to make it back.

I’m more concerned about how to watch this game as NBC is only airing it in Miami-Dade and Broward county. Not in Palm Beach County. Not like many sports bars are open at 9:30AM on a Sunday, so seems like I’m out of luck. Is there a free trial of the NFL Sunday Ticket that can be used for this game?

Well, Miami scored 70 against Denver and Kansas City scored 9. So, the Dolphins should win by 61!

Seriously, coming off a loss the Chiefs should be at their best. I do think Miami matches up well. Definitely will be interesting to see what fan base shows up bigger.

The Chiefs should obviously be favored, but I have a hunch the Dolphins win it late, 31-24.

You can watch it on NFL+. There is a free trial for that.

I'm assuming, since the other European games have been available on NFL+. But if this is supposed to be on NBC, I'm not sure; were the others on NBC? If it's on NBC, it should be available on Pea****.

Edit: Okay, this is also going to be on NFL Network. If you don't have cable, you can watch it live on NFL+. https://www.nfl.com/plus/ I guess local Miami stations can also air it. I guess that's to what you were referring with NBC.

KC usually gets good pressure through any number of blitzes and stunts. That worries me. The health and play of our offensive line is the key to this game. Think I have to go withe Chiefs, 27-20.

We will open some eyes this week. And the story won't be our offense, it will be our defense. KC has ZERO WRs and that is going to destroy their chances this week and ultimately will be the reason KC can't win a Superbowl this year.

Hope you're right, but you can't be the man until you beat the man. Miami has failed that test in BUF and PHI per the casual fan and national media.
I'll be disappointed if VF has no answer for Kelce, realizing few few teams have succeeded.
I feel optimistic about this game except for the KC/DEN game. How will KC respond? The talent is there to pull out the win. No TOs, no stupid penalties and Miami can shed that monkey.

I feel like the NFL will make sure the roof is closed if there's any chance of rain slowing down the two most dynamic offenses in the league facing in a huge international game

As far as who might be better represented, and more popular in Germany. The Chiefs are 4th most popular, and the Dolphins are 8th.

If it was in London, there would be no need to find out whose most popular as I believe Miami's popularity is so high, no team is even close to us, but in Germany, expect to see more Red then Aqua.
