Dolphins Workout WR Braylon Edwards

Does not improve us in the pass-catching department at all. Pass.

Jeff Ireland's been trying to get this guy in Davie for years.....

What good is a WR that can not catch the ball, didn't we just get rid of a guy that could talk the talk but could not walk. PASS

Pass. Two years ago yes but Edwards can't even beat out Bryant for a slot with the Seabirds. But the interest in him makes me wonder if Hartline is going to miss an extended amount of time.

I guess competition does not make people better :idk:

Even if we sign him, he is no lock to make the team..

Ireland was also after D. Garrard for a long time and he might end up being our starting QB.

Sad that all these castoffs are notable upgrades.

Some of our young WR's have the physical tools. I'm just hoping the new staff can develop them (the sooner the better obviously). But as it stands, Bess is our only returning WR better than Edwards, and they're completely different players.

Meh. I found this out on google this morning lol. We are supposed to be making contact with the steelers. I would rather try for wallace than sign edwards.

Not a good sign. We thought Brandon Marshall dropped a lot of passes, Braylon Edwards makes some big plays but he is just not dependable. Heck, the 49ers had troubles at wide receiver and let him go.

Philbin just said in presser that he was worked out last Tuesday or weds along with some other players.

According to Philbin, the Edwards workout happened early last week. Also, Omar says Miami works out 6-10 players a week, so there isn't a whole lot to this at the moment.

This forum likes makes too much of nothing though.

That certainly changes the momentum of this thread. Thank you.
