Dolphins would have easily made the playoffs if..

Yup, nothing helps you win championships quicker then starting out with a losers attitude, because that always works.

It's just a safe scapegoat one-liner. The, "Hey, look at me" impossible scenario that never had a chance of happening BS.

Screw just making the playoffs, we would have been a dynasty with Luck and/or Wilson.

When it's all set and done, Luck will be the best QB taken in 2012, Wilson the 1st and only to win a Sb, but it's Tannehill that has yet to show his full potential and to this point he is 1-1 with the great Mr Luck, 1-0 against the SB champion Mr Wilson....this story is very very far from finished.

Wish we could have kept Reggie. He worked hard, was a dynamic playmaker, and would have had a lot of fun in this offense. We let him go and then couldn't replace him with even half his talent.

We would have made the playoffs last season if it weren't for a missed FG or two. All we needed was one more win basically. Panthers, Ravens, Bucs, and Bills were all games that could have been won, and we only needed one of them.
That Ravens game made me sick for so many reasons. Mainly the free TD they got handed to them to start the second half. I haven't seen many sloppier attempts at turning the momentum from the refs than that one.

this list is only one item long.

1. They had an average o-line.

We spent less on offense than every team in the league (except the cash strapped Raiders) while keeping $24 million in the bank for some stupid reason.

We were 1-6 against top 10 defenses, and in our only win it took OT and our defense to score most of our points that game, including the game winning points. I don't think that record is unrelated to the fact that we spent less than every team on offense.

We were 7-2 against everybody else. One of those losses was against NE in Foxborough, thats going to be a really tough get regardless of how well we're playing. And our other loss came week 17. Was that a result of our QB being hurt? Did he choke?

I think the only reason we didn't go to the playoffs was because of personnel issues on the offensive side, and more specifically because we mismanaged our salary cap, we simply weren't aggressive enough with it.

None of the above. Sherman sucked and had no week to week plan with a diverse offense without using the TE's to block when OL had probs.

Thats it in a nutshell.
