i understand when he came here with zero NFL experience along with Mike Sherman he gave Tannehill a comfort zone with his former college coaches and the offense they brought.
For Ryan to progress I think he must leave that zone and move to the next level. Learn some new stuff.

Hopefully Lazor can take our QB forward but I don't think this is the guy to do it with. i don't think he's qualified having only worked a couple years at A&M

Reports that Steve Ross tried to withhold remaining compensation on Turner and O'Neill's contracts are erroneous, per a Dolphins source.

It is believed that Jim Turner had two years left on his deal when fired. The Dolphins will not discuss length of contracts.
