Chad Pennington is definitely the difference between a win or loss for the Jets but he hasn't even played a full season and doesn't put up incredible numbers when he does play. He's a good quarterback, one you strategize for and all but he's very, very far from a HOF ballot. I think you could say the same for Brady, though he gets the benefit of one of the best coaches and teams in recent history.

Even as big of a fan of Chad as I am, he does not belong near a list of Hall of Fame QBs. Maybe, if he gets healthy and stays healthy and plays 7 more years, puts up great numbers, wins a few SBs, then he would be ready.
