We did NOT GIVE UP # 48, those of you who keep saying that including reporters who read this board like Omar you do realize WE SWAPPED 2nd rounders and gained 11 spots while doing so !!!!

You do realize that swap is gaining value in the 2nd right, please tell me you get that??

So no we did not give up a 2nd, we gained a better 2nd round pick in this trade.

Now we gave up our comp pick late 3rd rounder, yes that’s what we gave up..

We also gave up five slots in the fifth round .

However, stay with me here, we made up for that loss by gaining 11 slots in the 2nd.

So, are you ready, don’t forget this Omar kelly, we only gave up a late third for Jonah.

I think you, and others, are making a bigger deal out of this than it actually is. It's semantics.if you make change for a twenty, you give 2 fives and a ten. You gave what you gave and got what you got. It's simply trading value for value.

The issue here is some errantly look at the 2 rd2 picks as equal. They are not.

Some may think it wasn't value but it was close enough if the player works out.

I agree. My thoughts on today are:

With first 4 picks in 4th/5th, CB, S, tall WR, another O-line.

With last 3 picks, another DT/Dline, another OL, another CB

The wildcard today could be us selecting a QB.

Ross isn’t going to do something deliberately to attract attention. They aren’t taking Sanders, and if they do, this franchise is even more screwed up than I already think they are.
