and besides there is a commitment level that must be maintained...if you dont want to be commited....and check the board...when your done with work, mowing the lawn, and feeding your dog...thats a HUGE problem....thats why 5 people had thier picks chosen for them...Free agancy was no problem...if you dont wanna check the board and u want your team to fry....go ahead....but this is the draft....its methodical and we need everybody to check the board at least 5 times a day to keep up on whats happening....if u cant tell me and i will pick for you
 
I cant really do much when I'm sitting on a train back from London and then head straight to the gym.
 
oh your cool fins cause you are always on i can always count on you and KB to be on Finheaven more than i am......BUT there is somepeople in this league that are horrible with commitment

If your going to be gone you can give your choices to someone else, but whatever now that everyone knows it is going on it is going faster
 
Also people feel free to delete your picks once they have been posted to make things easier for Crisis

All I'm saying is that this draft started without any real notice, there doesn't seem to be any real rules, it seems like your kind of making them up as you go along.

Its possible people had vacations etc etc......not knowing when the draft was going to start since there never was an announced date.
 
It did start out of the blue but the teams who were picked for either knew the draft was going on and were not here or are non-active. This is the same way the league was ran last year. Besides, when we joined the league we were automatically obligated to be active and regularly check in. I do disagree with the 15 hour limit counting overnight. Thats why I suggested official time slots and bullpen lists. We'll know when we pick and have a list of our top choices if we can't be here. Yes, I have been coming up with this as we go along but, it's just a suggestion to make the draft better.

He probably went to bed. He knew that his turn was coming up and i'm sure he'll be here by morning to make his pick.
 
by morning his time will be way past up he has been on the clock since before 4 pm

15 hour waiting period gives him til at least 7am. He's been checking in a lot and i'm sure he'll make it by then or close to it.
