Dunking the ball over goal posts will be a penalty

I say the put some voltage into the goal posts, like a cattle fence. If they want to dunk it, let them have at it.

I always thought it was kind of stupid. It is football, not basketball. If you want to dunk in front of a bunch of people play basketball instead.
I remember a couple of delays where they had to re level the goal post because.of the stupid celebration.
I won't miss it one bit.
