Hey, maybe the admins should put a Luck Thread stickie up in the draft section and routinely filter out the main forum.. that would be fine with me.

Agreed, i don't think people have noticed that any talk about Luck is draft talk. Don't really know why the admins have allowed Luck threads to go on for so long. We are 4 weeks into the season people.

That's the point. We're 4 games into the season and you're already prepared to find a way to give some great college player the keys to the franchise. It's the beginning of October.......but if to look here you would think the draft is tomorrow.

Who said the only other alternative is to speak of how "wonderful" we are doing? So instead lets only talk about some CHANCE we have at MAYBE getting a top pick quarterback who just MIGHT take our team to the next level several years from now......

Anyone see that ESPN bit on that 6th grader Demias Jimerson that they put the Madre Hill rule on because he scores too much? We should start sucking for that kid too because he is a sure fire for the Heisman.

Im so sick of the suck for luck garbage! what if he becomes a huge bust? or becomes injury prone? what if hes one of those good in college but blows in the pros kinda player? how would you feel then?...would everybody start wantin us to suck for the best QB in the following draft too?

When a team has sucked for this long you have to take a chance. I'd rather take a chance on the best QB. So what if he turns into a bust? At least we tryed. We need to stop being scared! Trading and using second round picks has got us what? You draft players for their potential.
