Enough with the cut Chad threads. MATURE FANS ONLY MAY ENTER!!! NO YOUNGLINGS

Losing team attracts loser fans. Weak team attracts weak fans. Proof all over this thread and board. You people cry and whine way too much. Man up bitches!!

Among other things, I'd cut him just so everybody doesn't have to listen to trash like this from his groupies constantly.

 Dr Slimm, I know you dont specialize in pediatrics, but this kid needs medical attention badly.

If we get off to a good start (3-3) then the playoffs could be a possibility. I just have this idea that we will struggle yet again to start the season.
Fasano and Clay will be huge, so will Reggie Bush.
All that said, I think this will be a development year.

The X factor here in my mind is the no-huddle O. We seem to have a handle on it already no matter who is QB. Thats called good coaching and players who get it. Just have to perfect it. Reggie will be dangerous in this O IMO.

Gotta score 25+ points per game. Its doable if Tannehill keeps moving up quickly.

Someone crying and whining in three different threads about people whining and crying....hmmmm? :ponder:

Its one game. If this continues into the season cut him. But as of right now he is a legit threat and very obviously can get open for a play, if he catches that ball the drive would have continued and they probably would have scored. So all the talk of cutting Johnson needs to stop.

THats not true. I'm the most lazy person you will ever meet, yet I stay at 10% body fat for summer and hate to work out but force myself. I also hate dieting but force myself. I do a ton of things I hate doing becasue I'm lazy. And I was horrible with money at 18 and am really good with my money now at 25. People change all the time. He can change, hes human.

I also used to never munch box, ever since I found my current g.f I got breakfast lunch and dinner. If you want to do it you will do it. You have to want to change. And if he wants it as bad as he says than he has to change. Point blank

Mature fans only and you post like this?

Funny ****.

I disagree. Bess is money and we will need him to move the chains. With some creative play calling his speed and quickness is very good close to the LOS. Hartline is a keeper for now assuming he gets over his injuries. The guy made some big plays for us last year. He is not a #1, but a very good #2-3.
Chad Johnson is running on thin ice IMHO. He rubs the public and staff the wrong way and then in crucial 3rd down situations, he drops an easy pass. Just inexcusable. If that continues, I will hold the door open for him.
With the emergence of RT, Garrard is looking more expendable. Right now I would bet that he is cut. I am very happy with the QB group of Moore, RT, and Devlin. Speaking of Devlin, after a shaky start, he started to sling the ball pretty good. He needs more playing time.

1. Wallace (clearly our top receiver IMHO)
2. Hartline
3. Bess
4. Naanee
5. Pruitt
6. Matthews, Cunningham, Moore, Fuller, Hogan

no mas...Johnson

IMO i think naanee has been our best WR and will probably start this year next to either 85 or Hartline (if he can get on the field). Bess is definitly making the team and the last two spots will go to Wallace and Matthews if he keeps showing that special teams skills. Gates is out IMO. Did he even step on the field yesterday? I dont remember him doing anything. Does any one know if he even stepped on the field?

Which is very scary if you watched any of his game at Carolina last year. Not saying people can't improve but lets be honest he has hit his ceiling. I would keep him over Johnson though thats for sure.

I really feel MIA needs a vet and CJ has a great work ethic, I truly hope he sticks around due to his performance on the field... And I won't let 1 pre-season game alter my opinion BUT I will not be surprised if he gets cut before the real season starts

Johnson has better quickness than any other Dolphin receiver and his speed is near the top of the list as well. Not to mention his track record of production. One drop in a game is an anomaly, not a pattern. And as to the argument that his being on the team retards progress or take the space of a younger receiver needlessly, since we apparently are not a contender, consider the production of Hartline, he of the 5 TDs over three years and Bess last year, he of 500 yards and change, 3 TDs and a whopping 11 TDs over 4 years. If you want to be an average or below average team with an average to below average offense with average to below average receivers, stick with those two. Bess is apparently faster this year- a pleasant shock to me- but time will tell if he is less pedestrian this year at WR and God forbid PR.

Gates is still having hamstring trouble. The guy is never healthy...he is gone IMHO.

At the beggining of the season if he makes the cut they staff don't think he is that much of a distraction, and if he don't make the cut it won't be cause of his on-field ability & if that does happen then he deserves it...You already got your tv show homie, we know you outspoken and etc, but man tone it down chad @ least come nfl season, show some profesionalism and that doesn't mean change who you are but rather be abit wiser about when you open your mouth, its not always about entertaintaining ppl thats why there's fake wrestling & etc, this is the NFL! Show that you've been here a decade! ... old players no matter their names are not entitled nomore if they got baggage, don't try your NFL gm's like that, they ain't scared to part ways no more.
