Maybe Ross is waiting for the NFLs report on the Incognito/Martin investigation before making any, if any moves.

I hope to wake up to "Sherman and Turner gone in Miami". I'd have some hope for next year.

Ross needs to first decide on Ireland. This could take time. If Ireland is retained, Ross may decide that Philbin's retention requires that a new OC be hired. As for Ireland, 2013 was a horrible draft. LB switch was horrible. Defense regressed although secondary was at times better. Now, almost the entire OL needs to be replaced. We also need a TE, RB, LB, and FB. So many needs. Ross wants to win. Philbin sucks as a motivator. He is stoic and appears to have no real skill for any position other than perhaps OL.
 
But he never actually said that lol He said that they will look at everything. So where did Ross say this? he is such a clown lol
 
Didnt Adam Shefter say that this Martin Incognito thing will go much higher? Sure doesnt seem that way.
