Eric Ebron is the way to go for pick 19.

If Ebron is there I hope like hell we take him. I don't think it would be a luxury pick at all. This guy would instantly make our team better.
 
As a person who lives quite close to Chapel Hill, I've had the benefit of seeing Ebron many of times. If he is picked at #19, you will not hear me complaining.

It makes sense however, da Phinz must sign a stud FA LT first.....if not then they need to just draft the best LT on the board.
 
I've been wanting for us to draft a top TE for a few years now.I wish Ireland hadn't been so stupid Gronk and Graham were there for the taking but it is what it is. I agree that the jets will probably take him if he last that long.

It's definitely a luxury pick. Clay is a good player. If everyone is still clamoring for a TE, draft Niklas. He can block from the get go, is a huge target, and as far as being somewhat of a project, he's much more polished than Egnew
 
Ebron is not BPA, IMO he will be over drafted because if a lack of elite TE's.

IMO BPA would be Aaron Donald. If he were 2 inches taller, 15 pounds heavier he would be in the top 5 mix.

Due to TE lack of need and players suck as Nix and Jernigan also in mix, if Donald drops to 19 he would be BPA
 
If he's not gone before the Jets pick they will take him for certain. Useless discussion.

Certainly. There's fresh talk of Donald being a top 10 pick thanks to a terrific combine.

I am tired of drafting for "needs". we need to pick the BPA, and if, and it's a big if, Ebron is at 19, you cannot pass on a guy that could take a ton of pressure off of Mike Wallace. He creates a mismatch nightmare for any team. Something this team hasn't had in a LONG, LONG time!!!

Seems like there are some character issues out there. Unfortunately I don't have the time, but I would be very interested to see all the possible draft candidates with red flags in which probably wouldn't be on our big board.
