ESPN - Jonathan Martin wants to play again, but not in Miami.

I would say put him on NFI list and stop paying him at all for all the **** and disgrace he's putting the team through. Let him sue for it and lose boatloads in litigation fees. Don't give him a ****ing dime.
I care a lot more about the Miami Dolphins than soon to be ex-Dolphin Jon Martin. Put this behind the TEAM and try to win some football games.

The Colts seem set at tackle with Cherilus and Costanzo. The interior of the Colts line is embarrasingly bad. Maybe Martin could kick inside to guard for them. But he seems to play high and I am not sure he would play with the leverage he needs at guard.

I suppose he could be depth at tackle if a team doesn't mind a bad seed and bad character in the locker room.

Really??, give him an unconditional release, he was projected an early # 1 pick, to early 2nd, a lot of teams passed him.

Good riddance.

Cut him ASAP.
You can't right now as an intelligent employer. You need to stay clear of further trouble until the investigation is over. You could make things worse otherwise due to labor laws.

Don't give him a ****ing dime.[/QUOTE]

Problem is that is would cost Ross a boatload to litigate, much cheaper to pay out to avoid that. Welcome to the US of A and its boatload of attorneys looking for that same payout that they know will happen.

I am so tired of what Jonathan Martin wants.

Yes, but due to the labor agreement. All this is under their rules and contract. If he is unable to play out his contract, leave him on the PUI list until he comes back and can be traded.

He would of eventually been benched and released or cut. He's to soft and not an NFL tackle. I wouldn't want him back if he played for free!!!!! Go be an attorney, it's in his blood.
