Evaluating Hickey

As stated before, Ross should have cleaned house totally by firing Philbin along with Ireland. Ireland should have been fired with Sparano. Ross has been taking half-measures constantly, and this mistake shows on game day. Now, Hickey is being unfairly judged because he has to work with Philbin. Hickey appears to be better than Ireland, but damn... why did Ross refuse to clean house twice?
 
Too early to evaluate Hickey. However, if a legit coach wants to bring in his own GM, Hickey's got to go. In fact, I'm in favor of firing everyone and just starting over.
 
Hickey seems like a guy who would get chewed up and spit out by Harbaugh in a meeting. Bad pairing.

I would like Hickey to stay, but "half-measures" haven't been working; so, it we do a FULL house-cleaning...I'll be OK with that.
