Feeley Vs. Frerotte, whatever!

Bear in mind that Buffalo's seasons are usually over fairly early and there really isn't that much to do in Buffalo so he has plenty of time.
;)

Yeah, just like Reno... AKA the unwanted stepchild of Vegas.

Geez, I wish the season would just start already so that we can dispense with all the theoreticals.

This was with the Vikings and Randy Moss. And look who they played during that stretch, the teams where horrible. ( I've done the research, they had some of the worst pass defenses in the league)

Yet when Culpepper puts up big numbers against similar teams, he is considered a great QB. Hmm.

We also have the Vikings OC and a pretty decent set of WRs, a better TE, and better RBs than the Vikings had in 2003.

IMO, it all comes down to the OL. If the OL can play well enough, the QB play will be good enough for the team to win some games.

The old "comes down to the OL" ... haha

Isn't that the case with every team? Unfortunatly some teams can count on their lines (not our teams) and some can't (our teams)

Lostman, I can't understand why a "JILLS" fan, would want to spend pretty much his entire life posting on a Miami Dolphins wesbite.. Why? And yes, 12k post is quite a few HOURS OF YOUR LIFE!

The Fins are better than the JILLS, there is no doubt in my mind. If you didn't feel we were a threat at all, you wouldn't bother with 12,000 plus posts on this website!

Fury<~ Steps on the side of Lostmans Melon, as I thrust a Miami Dolphins flag pole deep into the center of his HOLE , I lean over and strike a match off the rough of his neck and light a victory cigar as the other Fin Fans cheer me on like a Williams TD!!

Some QBs are good enough to make weak OLs look okay. IMO, the weakest link on the offense last year was the OL. It was so bad, that it is impossible to make a fair assessment about any other part of the offense.

Ignore me old man.

You can piss and moan all you want, but i take solace in the fact that you'll die before me.

PS, learn to read numbers.

PPS, I'm scared of you and your internet tough guy status.

If Saban honestly planned on starting Gus from the start then I believe he would have went after Orton or one of the QB'S this year.

Every action Saban has taken IMO shows he will be giving Feeley 1 chance, it may not be a long chance but he gets 1 chance.

Does it even matter? Ferotte is probably going to be the starter...signaling the end of feeleys career.

And if Ferotte is the starter, its pretty much a lock that you'll be drafting a QB early next year. (Probably will be even if Feeley gets the nod)

The point is, neither is going to be the long term solution, and because, according to most of you, that young QB's can set the team back (aka Losman) do you see this rebuilding mode taking more than a few years...

I mean, if Feelrotte is the stop-gap QB, and you bring in a young guy, its going to be 2008 before he's truly comfortable playing NFL football.

Oh brother. Can I borrow your crystal ball?

For a 38 yr. old. You sure post like a 12 yr. old. I have the 12,000 post homer, not him. DUH!!!!

Im not sure why other fans do not get it we had no oline and a bunch of castoff running backs none half the back that Ricky was so all teams did was shut down the run easily and focus on pressing the Qb. No Qb could have been evaluated last year. Fielder was not the problem last year its just that in 5 years of starting u have to get better at one point. Steve Young was pretty awful IN Tampa for an awful team and he had been playing pro ball for a while in USFL and he turned out pretty well.

Justa *******, both of you are closet fin fans why else would you be here? 12,000 post's is ridiculous kid!! You have as many private moments with a women as the Bills have superbowl rings!

Signing Schulters was just another piece to winning the AFC EAST and knowing your 12,000 posts plus Lostmans 1,200 posts mean nothing! 2 Jills fans who will never post again!

Justa, I take it you are in your 20's since IM " OLD" So your 12,000 posts are a combination of Fin Envy and sexual frustration! Dude, LOG OFF! Or at least split your posts up on the lonely hearts website.. Maybe you can score a women who smells like a Buffalo! BEATS LONLINESS HUH KID!!

Oh and Lostkid? You take Solice in the fact I will die before you? LOL! Talk about a losers retort! Only a FAN of a team that lost 4 consecutive superbowls would speak in such a manner!

Lostkid, my bad you only have over 1,200 posts on this site and you are a JILLS fan!!! Lord knows how many you actually have on the JILLS site!

Here is something I take solice in Lostkid.
Lostkid and JustaJoke--> Will not have relations with a women tonight. Sure there is a possibility their intoxicated fathers come home from their NAMBLA bowling team, but both will be up all night, tossing and turning like Scott Norwood after his miss!

I really dont care if it was with the Vikings and Randy Moss. I posted a clip earlier of a 65 yard pass Gus Frerotte threw for a TD. I don't care if Randy Moss, Chris Chambers, or binky the clown was playing WR. That was a great pass. That pass was from their OWN 35 yard line and got caught in the goalline. Do the math. He showed that he can step into a pocket to throw instead of going backwards. In addition, he showed that he can run an offense by the way he audibled when he saw the blitz. Gus Frerotte can still play, and it will be an interesting competition between him and AJ Feeley. I will support either QB. There is nothing wrong with having a veteran presence in a relatively young team. Eventually obviously we will develop a young QB.

The writers are full of garbage about us having "no QB". I just hope one of these two QBs prove every idiot writer wrong.
