Fans Booing Fiedler
I've seen articles and posts about Fiedler not getting a fair shake with the fans since he was the one who replaced Marino, but I dont buy it.
I mean, he's had some good games, and many good plays over his 4 years with the Phins, and he gets the cheers from the fans for those plays.
The problem is, he's missed too many plays that should have been made, and had some ugly turnovers on top of that. That first INT in the end zone Saturday was horrible...I just get the feeling in close games that he's eventually going to screw up.
That being said...if you're at the stadium, I think it's counter-productive to boo ANY player on the team you are supporting. The coaches are going to make the call about who's in there regardless of what the fans think, and for a player who's struggling in a home game, it's only going to make it worse when he's booed by his own fans.
