Back in the early days of FH, we used to be able to edit our names, things like change the colors, fonts, etc. When did that get taken away? How come we can't do that anymore? Can you add it back?

We switched the software that runs FinHeaven 11 years ago. If you ask one of our Admin's they will be able to change your username to something spiffy.
If rumors serves me right then there is a predictable way to get your username showing in pink

Yes the vbucks!! That was cool. A little weird that this new software is restrictive as far as granting access to change username graphics. Sounds old! Lol. Texas Instruments was running a special, get one solar powered server, get one more free! It was truly a spectacular deal, the change was made and blamo, stabilty in the busiest of hours.
In light of being good stewards of the environment, we had to cash the Vbucks in for carbon credits, turns out @13marino13 ass produces more methane than 10,000 head of beef cattle.

Serious question this time. All of a sudden when I reply to a post, all of the options are grayed out (bold, italicize, the emojies, everything) and I see the pre quote and post quote infront of and behind everything it quoted. Is there a way to fix that?
