Nick Buoniconti, Mike Singletary, Ray Lewis, Jack Lambert etc.
This defense needs a dominant MLB to reach the next level.
CJ Mosely needs to be the pick if hes available at 19.

Thank you for having the correct response to probably the worst post this year.
 
Football is a team effort. From the FO, to the coaches, to the players. If there is one kink in the model, a team WILL NOT win a superbowl. That kink definitely was not because of Zach Thomas.

Miami doesn't have the DTs to have such a undersized MLB.

ZT was a good mlb, but he and JT always came up short in January. Never the big stop when needed, ever.

You're right, let's stick with Ellerbe and Wheeler types. I'm sure we'll go far in January on their backs.

can we put a jessica alba type girlfriend on the list for me. I would however like to point out that Zack Thomas has more tackles than any linebacker currently in the hall of fame. Thomas is like taylor and marino they are great but guys like that only come around once in a lifetime.

Funny you should mention that. I was not here nor do I think this website existed when Thomas was drafted, but if we were all here I guarantee you there would have been lots of people trashing the pick saying that he wasn't undersized linebacker from a school that was not notorious for football.

We only now have high praise for him based off the career he had.

If the oline doesn't get fixed, your dreams of grandeur will be another disappointment in your life.

A mlb is the least of MIA worries. Wheeler is trash, but that was not the premise of this discussion.
