@ArmandoSalguero Been told broadcaster @finsjesse will be leaving the Dolphins to pursue another opportunity. Congrats to him.

Great, all the good Dolphins media guys end up leaving while we are stuck with the likes of Mando and Omar. Ugh.
 
Good for him. Ironically, I am listening here at work to last night's show. I will miss him.
 
Extremely down to earth guy. True fan and loyalist. He will be missed.

That's too bad. He ran the show quite well, and was pretty objective considering that he worked for the team. I really liked how he preferred to discuss the present and not try to project the future too much. Some, but not too much.
 
Bummer. I've always liked Jesse. A bit too much of a company man but he was a true pro. I like John Congemi, too, but they need to bring in a new host. None of the ex-players they have on are ready for that job.
 
He's pretty talented. He has the ability to think of interesting questions in the course of an interview rather than being highly scripted. I would expect that he is destined for bigger things.
Interesting to compare old Chris Boomer Berman who lost any creativity years ago and is now reliant on tired old shtick on the 4 letter network.

I thought he should of had Jim Cefalo's job as Miami's play by play radio guy. Kinda bummed he's leaving.
 
Now if only Salguero would follow suit, preferably getting hell to go with him, Miami could start on a clean karmic page. The stench from this toxic brew of negativity threatens to kill any progress team ever makes. The negative press we have been this team has experience over the past few years has been originating somewhere. My guess it has been from Salguero
 
Im pretty bummed, there are times where he gets a little unreasonable with repeat questions but over all he is "down" for the dolphins, especially when it comes to La Canfora and Heath Evans
 
Agler was solid but remember, he was PAID by the Dolphins. You can't be objective covering a team when they're writing your paychecks.
 
Yeah, he was a good guy, very enthusiastic & intelligent.

I got the impression that Griese didn't like him too much.

Maybe Jesse spilled his drink by accident one time or something along those lines... :chuckle:
 
Dolphins entire media personnel should be blown up - starting with the Stadium PA Announcer. He is truly horrendous, makes mistakes all of the time, etc. Rose, Cefalo, and Griese should be put out of their misery. Just awful.

And the Finsiders show is unlistenable. Sam Madison literally cannot get a complete, English language sentence out of his mouth. Bokamper is a meat head, not intelligent all. Troy Stradford is as bland as a piece of bread. O.J. McDuffie and Keith Sims are the only two worth a hoot.

Agler was kind of a nerd - too much of a company man - but he at least could form intelligent opinions. I thought he did a decent job during the Dolphins preseason TV broadcast. Sad to see him go but like anyone with 1/2 a brain, I empathize with disassociating oneself with the dysfunction that is the Miami Dolphins.

Details matter in the business, and the company-paid media personnel are truly unacceptable. Don't get me started on the stadium, parking, marketing campaigns, etc, etc, etc...
