If you think otherwise, Give me ONE redeeming quality about this FO or coaching staff.

Most pathetic display I can remember in some time, that's saying something.

This is one of those games that will cause a lot of fans to say "I'm done with this team."

I don't blame those fans. Really bad way to end the season.

What really bothers me right now is that I have no faith in the ownership to actually take appropriate action.
 
At the very least both coordinators should be fired, but I know Joe won't, so all should go.
 
I try no to over react but I'm starting to agree with people who feel this way. This was a freaking joke.
 
I pray that Sherman and Ireland get the boot. But if that happens then why not go for a clean sweep and start fresh all around? Clean house from top to bottom.
 
Fire the Coaching staff. Why Ireland? I think we should keep him.
 
Gut the front office and coaching staff Mr Ross. Do what you should have done 2 years ago.
 
I must say.............. following today I believe this could be an effective approach. At the min fire Sherman and Coyle
 
Clean house. This team is run by people who have shown NOTHING. NOTHING!!! They're not even young or promising. They're just incompetent ****ers who have accomplished nothing in this league. Ireland's been here so long and had every opportunity that I don't know how anyone can disagree with showing his idiot ass the door. The coaching staff has had less time, but has shown absolutely nothing. There is absolutely nothing that Philbin has shown here or ANYWHERE that suggests he should be in charge of history's most perfect football franchise. Braindead game decisions, an embarrassing debacle in the locker room, and a complete lack of ability to get his team motivated to play against their rivals for a ****ing playoff spot!!!! Fire everyone. Top to bottom. If Ross can't act like a man for once then he should **** off too.
 
I don't understand how you can look at the decisions this team has been making the last couple of years and say "Yeah, this is the brain trust I want to run this operation."

I'm scared ****less of this crew getting one more year.
 
Firing everyone is the tired and true practice that has produced zero playoff wins and zero rings for Miami. Not saying keep everyone but the clean the house comment will just have everyone bitching in 2 years about how they want to clean house again.
 
Its like we are stuck in hell at this point.

The recent wins (before the last two games) were probably enough to give Ross hope to keep the FO team around and yet there are no Playoffs to at least say you got that.

In the end, no playoffs AND we get Ireland and co. for another year....at least they won one whole game more than last season (because the ball bounced the right way a time or too more this season).

However, spending as much as they spent and yet we get the same production and the same result (no playoffs) is sad in and of itself but the saddest part is that, again, I don't see Ross doing anything. At best, you might get a bone thrown in by the letting go of Sherman. However they might not even do that thinking that Sherman is what is best for RT's development.
