Fire Everyone!!!

I'm with you...but I doubt it happens. We are in football hell....

Everyone needs to go. We need a tough ball coach leading us. With everything that has gone on this year and to end the season with that crap. Clean house

Firing everyone is the tired and true practice that has produced zero playoff wins and zero rings for Miami. Not saying keep everyone but the clean the house comment will just have everyone bitching in 2 years about how they want to clean house again.

But wait, name someone we should have kept longer. Sparano? Cameron? Wannstedt?

It's pretty clear to me that Philbin isn't the answer. The team was 8-6. With two wins, there was a playoff spot and "progress". Philbin couldn't deliver. Therefore, there is no progress. Just a completely dispirited fanbase. Teams turn it around so fast in today's NFL...with the right decisions and the right leadership. Arizona Cardinals might finish 11-5 with Arians. Seattle has become the best team in the NFL with Carroll & Schneider. Eagles are on the verge with Chip Kelly. Etc etc. Yet Miami can't pull it off.

100% agreed.

How long do I have to wait to hear that the walking corpse was fired, and taking the rest of his **** coaching staff with him?

I'm sick of being a soft minded team. No fire inside of anyone on this team. I kept watching today wishing someone, anyone would just freak the fuk out on the team. But of course no one cares. We need to clean out these sorry ass coaches and hire some one who has some fuking attitude. Year in and year out I sit here every Sunday saying the same ole ****. Oh we are better this year. Oh it's different this year. Oh we finally got some players. And yet same fuking results. At first I hated the idea of gruden but he might be just what we need cause if you fuking suck atleast he will let ya know

One of my buddies asked me who I think should be fired and I replied...

Never believed in Philbin. Keep the Defensive Coordinator but everyone seriously needs to go. Sherman needs to be fired like now

I don't understand how you can look at the decisions this team has been making the last couple of years and say "Yeah, this is the brain trust I want to run this operation."

I'm scared ****less of this crew getting one more year.

No doubt! I need something to pin my hopes on year after year. Right now, I have nothing.

I couldnt have said it better, the team gave the hell up. Im sick of this crap, I wanna see our head coach ripping someones ass for once. Motivation can make a big difference, and our coach is like the ex that used to just lay there. Make the change Ross.

I look back and this franchise and here is how I see it:
I loved Shula and hated to see him pushed out
JJ looked to be the answer as he had taken a terrible team in Dallas and rebuilt them. In hindsight, he had the picks from the Herschel Walker trade, but at least he gave us a dependable defense and regular trips into the playoffs.
I was always worried about DW as he sucked in Chicago, but I was willing to give him a try. He also kept us in the playoffs, but couldn't go further than the first round. I think somewhere in there we decided no more dual coach/gm and brought in Mueller?
I kinda liked Jim Bates and thought he should have been given a chance for a year.
Saban was hired and I honestly thought he was a godsend. We can see that he can definitely coach football, but perhaps couldn't handle NFL players. I think I hated his lying even more because he was a decent coach
Next came Cam; Lord know I never knew why we even hired him. When they announced his name as a candidate, I said "who?"
Parcells came in as a football czar and hired "his" people. I was really optimistic and thought real hope had arrived. He had won Super Bowls with the Giants and turned around the Pats and Jets. He made the Cowboys decent as well. I guess that idea sucked.
Philbin seemed like a great guy, but never stood out as being special and I see why.
Now, where do we go? Who should Ross trust to rebuilt his franchise and protect his investment?

If throw something at Gruden at this point... At least he has some personality and offensive identity

I too loved Shula but it was time for him to go, the game had long since passed him by.

I damn near had a seizure when he was named HC, I ranted and ranted until people around me thought I was insane - and then everything I predicted came true although I didn't really anticipate that the dark cloud would last this long, never in my worst nightmares could I imagine this hell we are STILL in.

Completely agree, and its the reason why I HATE this man so much today, I feel like he could've implemented a true turnaround but he bolted instead like a ****ing coward

Agree with all this as well, and I hate rebuilding as much as the next guy but I just don't feel like we have the right folks leading this organization, and until that foundation is built properly we'll continue to flounder
