Fire Everyone!!!

We should hire Rob Ryan as our DC. Fire Sherman for sure and maybe keep Philbin but I hate having no damn running game. Ireland can stay for all I care. I don't think he is the problem. He is bringing talent but we're not using them properly.
 
Personally i think we should keep Philbin for some continuity. And no I havent liked all of his decisions. But I think once we get rid of Irelamd and get someone who knows what he is doing in draft. All Philbin would have to do would be to coach and bring more wins . At least that is what i hope.
 
As I've said, I'd be perfectly fine with firing Ireland, having a TRUE GM search with NO STRINGS ATTACHED and then allowing that GM to HONESTLY evaluate Joe Philbin. And make his OWN decision.

I simply don't trust Steve Ross to do that.

Sry man but philbin is not a good head coach.

mike wallace doesnt like to jump or fight for the football
lb core expensive but no better than last year
i hate carroll
got almost no contribution from 2013 draft class (especially our 2nd and 3rd rd cornerback picks)
disgraceful oline
poor playcalling

but no one will go is my guess, well maybe grimes
