Fish Castoff D-Line vs the "Browncos"

You're right, because I have better things to do than go to other teams message boards and troll.

So you lied about going to another board?

I guess they dont like other fans coming here to discuss their impending doom. :D

No, I went to one of the forums to see a post that somebody on this forum pointed out.

Again... what????

Who do you know that's gotten thrown out?

BTW: according to a post I saw on OrangeMane (I think that was the name of the board) several Denver fans were planning to "invade" this site and try to get banned....

If that's the agenda... it will work eventually.

If you're here to discuss the game... we welcome you with open arms...

So hoofbeats posts a indepth football related post and all you guys have is go away trolls?

 I'd say most of the Broncos fans that have came to this board are trolls.

Why do I get tossed by association? There were several yesterday.

Trolling? I'd say I kept it on the game throughout the whole post. I stated facts and stats, and drew conclusions from those facts. It's the conclusions you don't like. Fine. Dispute them.

It wasnt an in depth anyalysis it was a long winded Homer post... How about that pressure that relocated browns line generated last year ???? what 9 sacks for the whole Cleveland D-line ??? come on! you can be optomistic but really.

What gets me is why all these donkey fans come here to talk crap when they are gonna lose sunday.

hoofbeats

you have some valid points, but I'm not sure if I'd be crowing over underacheiving players on the DL over their entire careers. The questions still remain, are they any good? You can't tell me you were happy when Shanny brought those players in? From what I've read, everyone in Denver was screaming and some have said Shanny may have put his stay in Denver on those underachieving players!

As far as Miami's DL LY, injuries were the culprit and DW's inability to develop even a waterboy is showing up everywhere. So Saban did what he had to, TBowen retired and everyone else is much better.

But as a Miami fan, I will say it should be a very interesting season. Can the highest paid and largest coaching staff in the entire NFL really improve a team that isn't that much better than LY with the exception of RB?

Guess we will see Sunday on that 150 degree playing field at Dolphin stadium if they are worth their pay!

Young and being an early draft pick don't equate to talent. The fact is, those FA pickups from Cleveland are average NFL players. Nothing more, nothing less.

What he posted is not in-depth football relations, it's personal opinion.

The NFL's 4th best defense from 2004 added All Pro DE Trevor Pryce, a young, quick, potentially dominating DT in Warren, increased speed and depth off the edges in Ekuban and Engleberger and a high motor run stuffer in Myers. Anything physical freak Courtney Brown adds is merely gravy. If he stays healthy, this is a top 3 D-Line. Miami will not be improved on defense by adding old, slow, over-the-hill players like Traylor, Holliday and Carter to go with their other geezers like Seau and Thomas. Another 4-12 season is a distinct possibility. Barring a weather related equalizer in the form of a mud hole for a field, Denver should rush for 180-200 yards and probably sacks Gus at least 4 times. Giving Shanahan more than a week to prepare against a rookie coach is a recipe for a Denver win.

Everything in this quote is an opinion, not a fact.

It's also quite funny to hear you talking about the Fish running over these guys based on their performance against them last year in Cleveland. The Fish scored only 10 points against Cleveland last year and gained a mediocre 280 yards in total offense. Adding a rookie runner and a career backup QB who can't get out of his own way doesn't qualify you to think it will be any better this time going up against these same guys surrounded by the fastest linebackers in the NFL and 2 All Pro defensive backs in the secondary.

Everything here too is also an opinion. These "opinions" are nothing but trash talking smack. These people don't realize that anything can happen in the NFL. They act as if it's virtually impossible to beat Denver, when they haven't gone anywhere in at least 5 years.
