I'm not surprised when Feeley took over last year. The talking heads on the tube mentioned Feeley had a above-average NFL arm.

Not to be flippant but I can't imagine the Eagle wasting a roster spot(developmental QB) on a guy who didn't have a NFL quality arm.

The eagles wouldn't waste a roster spot on one, but wanny made one his starter for 5 years.
