Shula isn't going to say we need to fire him he probably endorsed soprano also. I want lovie if we make a change

Philbin and Ireland need to go. They had their time. Hire a completely new front office that is competent. Get rid of the same ol' same ol'.
 
I'm not rooting for this team next year if these assholes are back.
I really hope they take Phillip Wheeler and Nolan Carrol with them too.
 
Philbin needs to go he is horrible. Simply can not get the team ready to play crappy teams.
 
Keeping Philbin next year will just be a repeat of 2011 when we kept Sparano one year longer than we should have. Clean house.

I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed with these last 2 weeks games ! I will now root for the Chargers to get in over the rest,cant stand the Steelers or Ravens !

Philbin should not be fired,he has done a descent job. Needs some more experience with managing the clock and game for sure,but the blame if anywhere goes on the sorry offensive line we have ! For that,IRELAND is to blame ! He has had years to fix this,and still has not,you cant put that on Philbin after only being here 2 years. The teaam has improved for what he has to work with. Ireland needs to QUIT letting good players through the years go like Bush,Welker,etcc, and quit swapping Linebackers and get some dam players on the O-line plain and simple ! THIS IS ON IRELAND ! and I have tried,really tried to give him a chance now for a couple years
 
We've never really blown it up completely. This is the perfect time to start completely fresh by bringing in a new GM and coach. Anyone who still thinks Philbin has it hasn't been watching.

The only problem: Ross is doing the hiring. I have no confidence in his ability to get the right people.

Time to move on from Philbin. Bring him back and we'll be having the same conversation next year with no playoffs. Again
 
descent job how ?, give a example of the descent job he has done. just one.
 
if you're banking on Shoes opinion as being relevant, keep in mind... he loves this team, and backs whomever is running the show.

sorry buddy, I love the man... but I ain't hearin' him no more.
