For those who wonder about Brett Favre

I have the NFL sunday ticket at my house, and have a setup of a bunch of TVs right next to each other. Most of my friends are packer cheeseheads, so the packer games are always on. They all worship henderson, so i started to pay attention to him. (Back in the day, we used to fight about who was the better fullback, Henderson or Konrad (Who they called ***rad  ) and i soon gave up on that argument after watching him play for a season.) When the guy catches the ball in the flat he is destructive. He is huge, and has the ability to run anyone over, when a cornerback trys to knee tackle him. Henderson jumps right over him, which happened at least 10 times this season..

He is best fullback in the league.. the guy is a frickin beast.

His older brother Bobby makes him look small. He told me he can bench 600, and he obviously weighs over 300 lbs.

. Also one of the most clutch kickers in dolphins history.

:roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:
wasn't he the one that injured himself celebrating a field goal or was it his brother, i forget

I don't think he'll break Dans records, he's already in the "throwing INT's" phase....the guy is throwing more INT's than TD's

No, we've never had three kickers on the roster..

Automatica Gramatica had about half a day's notice before jumping on a plane and dressing in the fins uniform..

Then what did he do.

He went 2/3 PATs, thats a 66.6% success rate. Also one of the most clutch kickers in dolphins history. We did lose the game by 1 point, but on the other had that lead the way to the 2nd pick in the draft, which gave the way to Ronnie Brown and a new era of dolphins football..

He was cut right after the game
haha stop, he's 16 and he thinks you're serious.

Here are Brett's stats compared to Marino's IN BOLD:

GAMES ATT COMP PCT YARDS TDS INTS RATING

209 7004 4306 61.5 49734 376 226 87.4

GAMES ATT COMP PCT YARDS TDS INTS RATING

242 8358 4967 59.4 61361 420 252 86.4

If Favre played 3 more years that would be a total of 257 games compared to 242 for Dan, assuming Brett doesn't miss anymore games. Brett has averaged 248 yards/game over his career....Dan averaged 253/game. They are virtually even in INT's per game......almost identical passer ratings....Favre has averageed 1.88 TD's per game....Dan averaged 1.74.....Brett would have
63,736 yards if he plays three more full seasons.....I don't see him lasting that long with his thumb injuries, but if he does I salute him.

Our loss to Arizona led to the second overall pick. If it weren't for Bill Gramatica we'd have been the third worst team in the league! Damn you, Bill, I'm sick of you ruining things!

Favre is overrated now, but that's only because people still expect him to be the player he once was. The guy was a great QB, probably the best in the game when he was in his prime.

Yes, I do agree that favre was once great but it seems that many (especially ESPN and of course Packer fans) act like he is the best player in the league. I just can't stand that these people don't ever blame Favre for the playoff losses that were for the most part his fault. He is a shell of his MVP days and honestly if it wasn't for Desmond Howard he may not even have a Super bowl ring.

favre may break some of marino's records but so what it will never make him greater just as peyton ran the score up to toss 49 tds and break marinos famous 48

The only player more overated then Brett Favre is Michael Vick. If Favre breaks the all-time touchdown record he will also have the most interceptions of all-time too.

i dont even think favre will make it through this year. Hes not the same player and i think theres a chance Aaron could jump in front of him in the depth chart by week 8 or so.. idk im just goin out on a limb with it.

If you hear Madden talk about Brett, it's as if he were John's son.:shakeno:

Does this also mean we have 3 more years worth of announcers kissing his butt?
