Said he seemed to be doing well & will definitely be back playing football when Sal P asked with the Fins he said he assumes so did not say specifically.

I don't have a link just saw on ESPN's NFL Live. I know some questioned whether he would play again it appears he plans to play at some point.

Good luck with that, he will be a pariah in the locker room, right or wrong.

Imagine all the trash talking the DEs lined up against Martin will be doing. Not pretty and apparently Martin is not the type to use it as motivation.

As long as it's not with the Dolphins, I don't care where he plays.

I think he has to show intent to play again or people will question his motives for the entire ordeal.

NFL players are cavemen playing a caveman sport. If the reactions to this story didn't make that clear, I don't know what will. The fact, Martin left the team in a lurch when he was needed most, before the most important game of the season. Regardless of the circumstances, players will remember that and know that they can't rely on him. That's really the bottom line. And not only that, other organizations (coaches, etc) will also question his reliability in the face if adversity.

Shocking development. A football player wants to play football.

It's unbelievable how far some people will take the bizarre projections, like Martin merely determined to file a lawsuit, and otherwise never pursue football again. If odds were set, that might even be established as the favorite by some posters around here.

Maybe next Monday the Dolphins will be stumbling all over the field, unable to execute a single play. That's how devastating this has been. Let's apply the nonsense and lack of real world sensibility to every mode.

Martin will play again, and among all 32 teams the singular highest odds would be for the Miami Dolphins.

Maybe Green Peace will start a team.

I wouldn't want him here, and honestly, I don't think alot of teams would want him. If he was a great talent, then maybe, but he is a below average starter who should be a backup, and those guys are hardly rare.

i cant make any threads yet but anyway this FGT picked tampa to beat us

Miami (4-4) at Tampa Bay (0-8), 8:30 p.m. ET (Mon.): This game needs a name and I've decided on three candidates: the Unwatcha-Bowl. Obviously, because the game will be unwatchable. The Sham-Bowl. Because both locker rooms seem to be in shambles. Or the Unbeara-Bowl, because the game's going to be unbearable to watch. We could also call it the K-Bowl because I'm going to cancel my cable so I don't have to watch it. Whatever we call it, I see Tampa Bay winning it. Unless you talk me out of it. Buccaneers 23-20 over the Dolphins.

This has what to do with Martin wanting to play again?
