Four possible Trade Partners

The Browns trade if we can get a 2nd and maybe more for one spot would work with me!!! Then draft somebody at 3!
 
Who would you rather have?

1. Washington - Caddy (maybe), Gardner, and Matt Jones (maybe)

2. Cleveland - Brown and Baas

3. TB - Mike Williams/Caddy and Baas

4. Minnesota - Caddy and Barron/Spears

5. No trade - Brown

6. No trade - Braylon

If Cleveland offers a #2, that trumps TB's offer no problem, unless they want to pony up a #2 AND #3.
 
I could easily see Miami trading with Washington for their two top picks, and Rod Gardner...more likely scenario is they let the clock tick down and select Alex Smith and are fine without a trade!
 
Call me crazy but I have a hard time believing that we are going to be able to sucker Crennel and Savage into giving us their 2nd rounder to move up one spot.

I won't be disappointed at all because I will know Saban did all he could to make it happen. I have never seen somebody work a draft like he has. Even friends of mine who follow different teams are saying this is the most intriguing draft they can remember. Most of that is Nick and the fog machine he has had on overdrive since pretty much the day he got hired.

They have just as many holes as us, if not more. Why are they gonna burn a pick when they could just sit where they are get a very solid player in Mike Williams whom some people feel is better than Braylon Edwards?

Crennel and Savage aren't stupid. I don't see them throwing away picks.

Maybe I'm wrong, I just don't see the logic there. They are more than one player away to be trading the future.

Maybe they don't agree with your analysis, sport. :)
 
I wont be angry if we cant trade down and are forced to take either Smith, Edwards, or Brown. IF we can trade down that list grows to both C and M williams, and Cedric Benson. I feel much better going into this draft now that we grabbed a 2nd from KC.
 
If I could bet that the 'Phins will trade down, I would. Many, many trading partners just waiting to do business. It's indeed an exciting time to be a Dolfan!
