article speaks about the lack of Fans in the stadium. It was pathetic. I know it's easy for me to say but when I lived in south Florida I had season tickets and still go to 2-3 games a year even living in central Florida. You move that stadium to West Palm it's a sell out every night. That miami fan base is embarressing. I say the same thing every game. I was at the Baltimore game and it seemed like half the stadium were Ravens Fans. Last night the entire club level and 75% of the upper level was empty. And this was Prime Time game! You south Florida fans really need to start supporting this team.

However, the 40-50,000 last night did a good job. They were into it. Props to them.

Prime Time...yes, but I'd have to imagine some of the lack of attendance was due to families having Halloween plans.
You skip a Halloween with the family and you will surely get no treats from the wife!

That is what a decade of irrelevance will do to a fan base. It is really simple: win on a consistent basis and the fans will come. Also, losing four in a row -- including a home game vs. Buffalo's practice squad QB -- does not help your cause.

Anyone who rips fans for not going to games doesn't understand economics. There is no demand for a live experience when TV is so good, when you'd rather take your kids trick-or-treating (they don't care about watching the Dolphins), and when there is 80% chance of paying for a disappointment.

Fans' fault again.

These damn Dolphins fans... always letting the team down.

Oh,come on,the fans we're out trick or treating and watching the game on their Iphone....

National people don't understand the war of attrition going on with the Dolphins an their fan base over the last decade... After that 4 game losing streak, I don't blame anyone for not showing up, especially on Halloween. I blamed them after 3-0, but not now...

Um....

I understand prime time game during a holiday should be packed. But any day other than Halloween.

Halloween strictly a night event. So you will skip Halloween and kids time to go watch a football game? Good luck getting that one past the wife.

We all wish it was better. However, I thought that the ones that did show up made some noise. I was impressed with the noise the fans were making despite not being very full at the end.

Hopefully this changes in the future. We need a good homefield advantage!

Thats how its been for 25 years, even when we had Marino we had regular blackouts. Its not out record, its just the fan base. We have a lot of casual fans, and not as many die-hards. But I'm grateful for the ones who did show up, they were making some noise at the end and we could hear it on our sets.

You guys have wives that actually make you do family stuff during football games? I must have gotten one of the good ones.

Same old drivel. The Vikings stadium was packed last week for their primetime game. Economics and winning didn't affect their attendance.
