In a unbiased straight up competition where Zach hasn't already established himself, Crowder could take Zach's job, but Zach is well established with the team, and it's fans. He is a pillar to this team; so he won't take Zach's job. Crowder is bigger and faster than Zach. The main advantage that Crowder has over Zach is he can take on blockers. Zach is not successful when a blocker gets to him, that's why we have to utilize our DTs to "block" for Zach so he can get to the RB.
The main knock on Crowder is "durablilty", I am very concerned about he knee surgeries he had in the past, but since three of the top knee doctors in the country gave him the ok that he is fine, allows me to feel a little more at ease about it. If Crowder stays healthy, he will be a BEAST.
He's played two years on those knees, hes not the first player to have knee injuries and come back, Mcgahee blew his knee out, did it slow him down last year?
You remember Terry Allen RB?, came back from bad knee injuries and had a real good career.
