Free Agency Breaking News- NFL - Breaking News Thread 2025 Offseason

3 out of the top 4 remaining FAs are CB…I really don’t trust the experience in our room at CB without Ramsey so I’d love to sign one of these guys to give us a veteran mentor for the young guys

Wouldn’t really touch any of these 30 or over is a no go. Samuel has red flags all over for his injury apparently. Draft a corner in 2nd or 3rd and play storm, smith, kohou and bonner. Let the young guys get reps and see who sticks for the future. Not signing any stop gaps or big contract players.

Favorite remaining free agents are Will Hernendez, Julian Blockman and Marcus Williams. Sleeper signing for guard Trystan Colon would be cheap and is a great scheme fit.

Hernandez and Blackmon would be solid signing still for sure

Stephon Gilmores younger brother has been crushing the UFL, I always like siblings of successful players they usually end up as solid pros.

Think he’s definitely worth a camp invite, he’s only 25 and has a lot of staring experience…think he can make the team as the 6th DB

This was his scouting report when he was draft eligible, he’s def improved a couple of those weaknesses

Me thinks someone’s starving for football to watch the ufl

All this tells me is that Rasul Douglas being listed as the top free agent doesn’t mean a lot. He’s been putting up videos working out in Bills gear and interacting with posts about resigning him…and they bet on Tre White getting his step back another year removed from his Achilles tear over Douglas who lost his step naturally

I am confused.

Per PFF he was top 10 in INTS and Snaps played last year. He was top 20 in receptions allowed.

Yet he was ranked 96th out of 222 DB'S.

What am I missing with this guy? The odd thing about the article is they mention the Bengals would be looking to shop Brit to upgrade or boost their defense.

If they're trying to get rid of a defensive player to upgrade the defense, what does that say about the player?

Mid round pick? 115 or so? Is it worth it for this guy knowing we'd immediately need to begin contract talks?

If it keeps us from spending 13 on CB, THEN do it lol
