Timbo may never see the field again for us. Whispers were that his back was no better and he hasn't gotten younger of lighter. IF anyone is gone I think it would be Bowens.

This would be a shame, always liked Timbo, and we became a force against the run thanks to Timbo, not Gardner, not Chester, but Timbo. He may have not scared too many QBs with his passrush, but thanks to him running tha ball was a major effort everytime for opponents (dam did he take up space, and refuse to be blocked). Zack is my favorite player, and even without Timbo there, he is still a force, but with Timbo, you just could not run on Miami, because Tim slowed you down, and finished you, or slowed you enough to get someone else to do the job.

I agree. Tim Bowens has always been one of my favorite players on the Dolphins. If he retires it is almost neat that he could finish out his entire career with the Dolphins. I wish him one last year if that is what he desires. He is what I wanted to be when I was a defensive tackle in highschool. He was just so amazing at taking up blocks. I have never seen a play where one guy moved him.
