As you can see op, there is a plethora of options.... it's downtown ft lauderdale. Your hotel is in walking distance of one of the hottest spots in South FL, so the world is your oyster (which you'll find plenty of there as well).

I don't know where you're from but if it's an area that doesn't see much casino action it would definitely be worth it to run over to the hard rock casino. It's only about 15-20 minutes and it's pretty great and plenty of food options inside.

thanks for your all the great ideas from everyone. i'm from NJ, (about 1.5 hrs from atlantic city)
can't wait to get down the FL and most importantly SEE A WIN,

no matter where we finally eat, if the fins lose i'm gonna get heartburn.. lol

Ha.... well then Hard Rock hotel won't mean much 🙃
 
Just had delicious all-you-can-eat Indian Food. 5th Element Indian Grill, just North of Cypress Creek Rd. on Powerline. $15.99 mon - Fri lunch buffet 11:30 to 3pm. There is Naan coming out of me in at least two places.

Just go to Sobe. Go to Joes Stone Crab and be done with it. It's the most legendary restaurant in all of South Florida and the best food as well.
