G. Cam's game in Minnesota

people keep forgetting that sapp is a very good special teams player also
and that was the reason the trade went down. we are having a problem with the
nickle position and benny is pretty good at that spot. couple that with the fact
he is a real good special teamer and that trade was pretty good.

greg will catch a great pass or two and then dissapaear for 3 weeeks. then come
back with a good game and then dissapear again. the diffference in keeping hartline
over cam is the fact that hartline gets open much more than cam. cams hands are a
bit better, but, if you cant get open, it doesnt matter.

that was the deciding factor.

and they were right!

i dont think anyone is doubting camarillo is talented just as all of our other wrs are. fact is he just wasnt going to see the field that much this year. also favre is going to make his passes regardless who the wrs are and minny dont have too many. lets not put cam in the pro bowl just yet, but i wish him the best of luck.

Now guys, let's not act like scorned lovers. You guys are acting like Camarillo just dumped you. Yes he was automatic, but he's GONE. Pack your momentos in a box and MOVE ON. Everytime he catched a pass or TD, this thread will return, arghhh.

Catched? Is that even a word? haha. I just think some of us are not total homers, and we can recognize when a trade could potentially hurt us as a team.

Wait wait, Hartline gets open more than Cam? Is that why Cam had more receptions last year than Hartline?

Cam was a #4 wr on this team. Cam is a spare part on a good team. Cam is nothing special. Which one of us is being the homer?

Beginning of the second half. Cam has 4 rec for 46 yards and 3 first downs on third down. What did Sapp have for us? One special teams tackle?

Still pretty broken up huh? and when Sidney Rice, Harvin, Shiancoe are catching passes and AP is getting his carries Cam will be on the bench.

you are just not getting the picture. cam and hartline are pretty much equal except cam is on the decline , hartline is young and getting better . also the FO drafted him.
you sound like a big time cam fan. dont you want to see him get the most out of his short time left in the nfl? minn is a good oppurtunity for him ,not miamis bench. we made a move to help a weakness on our team and we have way too many equivalent wrs. theres no downside to this move for us.

Hartline is dropping passes that Cam never did. But Hartline is able to gain a few yards after contact. Yards that Cam could never really offered us. That is what the Trifecta values more. Not a surprise when you think about how they value size so much...

Man, I'm not going to lie, it sucks pretty bad to see Cam seeing for another team right now. It's so strange to watch these guys through the offseason and preseason and the next day they're catching passes from Favre.

Homer alert! Homer alert! The FO could cut Jake Long and you'd support the decision. Last time I checked Sidney Rice was at least out for 6 games on PUP and most likely out for the season. Nice try though.

Only problem with your post is, we traded a guy you think is on the delcine for someone older than him haha. We have a number one receiver who is one mess up from a year long suspension, and two away from a lifetime ban. We are one injury or suspension from being in a world of hurt. Cam was a saftey valve that we needed.
